Shreevali Agro, makes available information and materials on its website www.shreevaliagro.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.shreevaliagro.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Shreevali Agro reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as “you” or “your” and the provider of website is referred to as “Shreevali Agro”, “www.shreevaliagro.com“, “we”, “us” or “our”.
Eligibility
- Use of the Website is available only to persons who have attained a minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. As a minor if you wish to use or make any transaction on the Website, such use or transaction may be made by you through your parents or legal guardian. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 (eighteen) years.

Order Confirmation
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. We will confirm our acceptance of your offer either through an e-mail through shipment of the items you requested. Upon placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with details (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”).
Price
The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged to you on the date of delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food products prices do change on a daily basis.
Shipping
Delivery Timelines – 3 Days (Minimum) to 7 Days (Maximum).
All orders in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby areas usually gets shipped within 3-4 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-7 days.

If you are located outside of Maharashtra or there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via your preferred courier service or any other mode of transport specified by you. Additional shipping charges will be applicable as per that particular service provider and mode. Bulk orders shall be shipped through state or local transport services instead of courier service providers, unless and otherwise stated by customers.
Our prices are inclusive of all other charges and taxes applicable in Maharashtra region.
Exceptions:
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Shreevali Agro is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Shreevali Agro. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Shreevali Agro, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Exactness / Accuracy May Differ:
We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colours / dimension / specification of products that appear on the Website. However, we do not warrant/guarantee that product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colours, dimension, specifications of products offered on this Website
Cancellation:
- Please mail us at info@shreevaliagro.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
- Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
- No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
- Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
- If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
What about cancellation charges?
- For both pre-paid orders or COD orders, there will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation.
- For COD orders, we request you to not cancel an order at the time of delivery. Multiple cases of order rejection at the time of delivery are discouraged and may possibly result in non-serviceability of future COD orders from you.
Refund for the cancelled order :
- If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
- Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
We offer cash on delivery payment option on selected pin codes. Due to a limitation of courier services, we may contact you to pay online / cancel your order, if we are updated by the courier service that the address is not serviceable for COD.
Any COD packages that are returned to us will be automatically cancelled in the system. In case you wish to, you could reorder the products online.
Currency Transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Processing Orders
Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Full week. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at info@shreevaliagro.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Customer Service Policy
Shreevali Agro is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 7-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
Care Instructions
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/dimensions of products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
